ARTICLE I: NAME, LEGAL STATUS & MANDATE

1.1. Institutional Name: The institution shall be officially designated as Praxis by ProActa Diamond Sports Virtual School and Global Campus (hereinafter referred to as "the Institution").

1.2. Mandate: The Institution is chartered as an autonomous, technology-driven polytechnic and academic institute dedicated to scientific mastery, governance excellence, infrastructure engineering, and athletic development across Baseball, Fastpitch Softball, Baseball5, and allied sports disciplines.

1.3. Universal Access: The Institution is committed to borderless, digital-first education, delivering accessible sports-science curricula to developing nations, grassroots sporting communities, and elite athletic institutions worldwide.

ARTICLE II: ACADEMIC FRAMEWORK & CREDIT UNIT STANDARD

2.1. Credit Unit System: Academic weighting is quantified via Institutional Credit Units (ICUs).

  • 1.0 Lecture Credit = 15 hours of direct instructional video milestone and automated quiz engagement.
  • 1.0 Laboratory/Practicum Credit = 30 hours of verified applied field work, computer-vision drill analysis, or technical document drafting.

2.2. Academic Tiers:

  • Primary Tier (Grassroots & Youth): Foundational motor control, Baseball5 urban play, basic safety and sportsmanship.
  • Secondary Tier (Prep & Competitive Academy): Positional biomechanics, kinetic chain sequencing, intermediate tactical theory, and high-performance physical conditioning.
  • Tertiary Tier (Undergraduate Sports Science & Administration): Advanced Sabermetrics, statistical modeling, tournament operations, and ground engineering.
  • Professional Tier (Executive & Licensure): National Federation presidency, WBSC international scoring licensure, professional umpiring certification, and sports law arbitration.

ARTICLE III: FACULTY STRUCTURE & DEPARTMENTAL JURISDICTION

The academic governance of the Institution shall be organized into four sovereign faculties:

3.1. Faculty of High Performance & Athletic Mastery:

  • Department of Pitching & Catching Kinematics
  • Department of Hitting & Offensive Dynamics
  • Department of Infield, Outfield & Defensive Strategy

3.2. Faculty of Diamond Sports Analytics, Sabermetrics & Official Scoring:

  • Department of Diamond Sabermetrics & Performance Analytics
  • Department of Official Scoring & Rulebook Compliance

3.3. Faculty of Federation Governance, Sports Administration & Marketing:

  • Department of Federation & League Lifecycle Management
  • Department of Sponsorship Structuring, Marketing & Commercialization
  • Department of Volunteer Ecosystems & Event Workforce Management

3.4. Faculty of Infrastructure, Grounds & Grassroots Expansion:

  • Department of Open-Space Conversion & Ground Engineering
  • Department of Open-Space Conversion & Grassroots Development (Baseball5)
  • Department of Umpiring Excellence & Field Officiating

ARTICLE IV: GRADING SYSTEM, GPA & ACADEMIC PROGRESSION

4.1. Grading Scale: All assignments and examinations are graded on a 100-point scale and mapped to a 4.00 Grade Point Average (GPA) system:

  • 90.0% - 100.0%: Grade A (4.00 Grade Points) — High Distinction
  • 80.0% - 89.9%: Grade B (3.00 - 3.99 Grade Points) — Mastery Standard
  • 70.0% - 79.9%: Grade C (2.00 - 2.99 Grade Points) — Minimum Passing Threshold
  • Below 70.0%: Grade F (0.00 Grade Points) — Unsatisfactory / Revision Required

4.2. Automated GPA Recalculation: The student's cumulative GPA is recalculated dynamically via database trigger upon the successful grading of each assignment and the completion of each course.

4.3. Prerequisite Enforcement: Students cannot enroll in advanced courses without meeting foundational prerequisites (e.g., HP-101 is mandatory prior to enrolling in HP-103 or HP-104).

ARTICLE V: CREDENTIAL INTEGRITY & CRYPTOGRAPHIC VERIFICATION

5.1. Autonomous Issuance: Diplomas and certifications are minted immediately upon reaching 100% course progression and achieving a passing grade on all modular assignments.

5.2. Cryptographic Validation: Each diploma bears:

  • A unique institutional Certificate Code (CERT-XXXXXX).
  • A SHA-256 cryptographic verification digest computed from the student ID, course ID, and issuance timestamp.
  • A dynamic, scannable QR code resolving directly to https://campus.praxisbyproacta.com/verify/[CERT_CODE].
  • The official signature of the Chancellor.

ARTICLE VI: NON-DISCRIMINATION & SAFEGUARDING

6.2. SafeSport Mandate: All coaches, officials, and administrators trained within the Institution are strictly bound to international child safeguarding, abuse prevention, and ethical sporting standards.
